I have decided
I have decided to start blogging again.
Hello blog, I've decided to organize my thoughts for you to peruse again
I've decided that there is a fine line between poetry and prose.
Here in this blog I've decided to dance around both, and pull as much as I can from the best I encounter.
I've decided that writing is more about the decision to write than the inspiration to. I am never inspired, but am sometimes possessed of a certain diligence that forces words to page. I will knock them unconscious and drag them into the semblance of sentences if that's what it takes. Words, I am not intimidated. Come at me.
I've decided that shitty keyboards are still shitty, and no amount of cajoling, complaining, or courting will make my keyboard easier to type on. Such is keyboard life.
I've decided that fist bumps are out. I've decided that the phrase "Awesome Possum" causes my stomach to turn over. I've decided that anyone who goes by "Spence" and has a faux-hawk is not a person to take seriously. Especially when you fist bump him and he says, "AWESOME POSSUM, MAN."
I have decided that I will not force myself to blog.

Alright, here we go again.
Yo kids, what's good? I'm at Berklee now, and people keep telling me I need to update my blog. So I will until I forget.
Ok, so far, in college, the hardest class I've had to deal with is Ear Training, or reading music without hearing it, just looking at the paper and such. Well, I tested into ET3, so I'm in kinda an advanced class, and on my first quiz, I got a C+. Ouch. But, not wanting to step down, I swallowed my pride and got a tutor. And guess what? I just got an A on a quiz today.
99% percent of the time, we can't do everything ourselves. Of course, we all can't afford to have someone walk us through our daily lives to help us out, but there's lots of ways to improve your performance, at the small cost of a bit of your pride.
Would you rather be mediocre and proud to have gotten there all by yourself? Or maybe you could be phenomenal and have gotten a little help along the way, eh?
Point: Ask for help. Ask for directions. READ the directions. Men, get over it, Girls, y'all ask for help anyways, good for you.

Blogging from my phone
What's up guys?
It's been awhile. Haven't really gotten on the PC since I got my new phone. And there's no app to blog from. But I'm trying this anyways.
Let's hope it works. Nothing to really say right now though.
Whatever. Admit it, it's better than nothing.

Beautiful Weather!
Oh goodness! Something new has happened to me! I've been affected by the weather!
As soon as the sun came out for this past weekend I exploded into a violent tornado of joy and wit! It's amazing! I think I was so witty I offended people! Isn't that nifty? Anyways, I just wanted to tell all of you something. If you know me, or think you know me, or I know you... I LOVE YOU!
But seriously. There's nothing more important to me than you guys. All of you. I want to thank you, be you a friend, or an enemy, for being part of this wonderful thing called life.
To those of you who've made me laugh, thanks for helping me find the joy in the simple and complex and appropriate and vulgar. You guys make a man feel like he can relax and be himself.
To those of you who've made me cry, thanks for helping develop me into the person I am today. I couldn't have gotten there without all the poop you made me go through. I promise I don't hate you, let's be friends.
To those of you who've made me angry...well, congrats, 'cause that doesn't happen often. You're probably a really big jerk. I love you too. Let's go and be mean together sometime. It can be a learning experience for both of us!
Anyways, peace out friends. I love you all SO MUCH!

Other people!
Let's ALL start blogging. I think it's extremely healthy to think. And if from those thoughts we get a piece of art (a blog) then by all means, I want people to express that art! Lots of people are starting up blogs and I love it! So, everyone should check out my friends blogs, because they have just as much to say as I do, probably more.
First, Wesley's http://suchasathought.blogspot.com/
Wonderful person, with strong opinions and the nerve to express them and will always be consistent with his beliefs. Careful if you disagree openly with him, he usually knows what he's talking about and he'll debate your sorry butt into the floor. =D
Kris! http://himynameiskris.blogspot.com/
Just started it the other day I believe. More of a journal of his life, but dang, it's a pretty interesting life. Check it out brotha's, he's got stories to tell.
Molly has a blog http://mollyjeannesodyssey.blogspot.com/
Doesn't post often enough. Seriously, I love what she's put out so far, it's relevant, funny, and focused, all things I enjoy and try my best to emulate. Keep it up girl!
Anyways, I have to go to school now, but I think I'm going to the Firehouse this afternoon. I love the Firehouse gallery. Everyone should also go every month because they always change their exhibits. Right now they have this wonderful balloon animal abstract thing. It looks cool, but I haven't checked it out yet. But we all should. It's right across from Red Square? Maybe. I'm bad with locations. But if you're at Nectar's/Muddy Water's/Old Gold, walk towards church street then take a left. The Firehouse will be the first brick building on your left after you get onto church street. See ya there.

AHHA!
Friends! Romans! Lend me your ears!
What's up guys, it's been awhile. I really haven't been home except to eat, sleep, and shower. It's intense, I know.
Anyways, I've had so much I would have liked to blog about, but right now, I'm going to say something that will make you angry. Why? Because I don't give a rat's whiskers whether or not you get angry. Point is, I have a question, and I would like to get an answer. It's a question none of us want to ask, but a valid question.
If a man and a woman is normal, but now a man and a man are getting to be normal, what's stopping a man and a dog from getting married?
If you say that it's because there's no love, then please, let's define love. I'd say a good definition of love is someone caring about another so much they would die for them. Is that a good definition? Well, I've certainly heard of dogs sacrificing their lives for their owners, and we already know humans are capable of love.
Is it because there's a language barrier? Love conquers all, and everyone shows their love differently.
It seems to me the only difference is what is accepted by our society. Please, continue this discussion in the comments section. Leave your name by going to the drop-down things and clicking the right one. Then type in your name.
WHAT DO YOU THINK VT!?

Open Mic Fun
Open Mic last night!
So much fun. I always enjoy a good open mic. Actually, I live for them. They're so much fun. Anyways, thanks to all the people that came out, and to you people that didn't...bad call. Come next time.
It was much more professional this time. We had like time slots and whatever. But, as usual, nobody wanted to play so it was just me and friends jamming it up. Someday we'll have an open mic full of people wanting to play, read a poem, dance, or do anything. Could it perhaps be you?
